Do you find yourself lost at Fresh Food Co., not knowing what food choices are better for you?
Eating the same foods, day after day?
This program can help! You will get a tour and be able to consult with a Registered Dietician, and learn how to eat healthy on campus. She will teach strategies on how to effectively navigate your way through the dining facilities to select the right foods for you.
