To submit an event, please fill out the form below and click the 'Submit' button.
Your request will be forwarded to the calendar administrator for approval.
Please note that an improperly completed form may not be considered for posting. GVSU reserves the right to decline or edit events for any reason it deems appropriate.

  To highlight multiple categories, click on the category names while holding Ctrl key.

  Each time you select a building, a list of corresponding rooms will appear in the room selector. You may select a combination of any number of buildings and rooms, or simply type the location of the event in the textbox provided below. To highlight multiple buildings and/or rooms, click on the building/room names while holding Ctrl key.
