Whether just starting out or are an experienced climber wanting to break a plateau, become a better climber by learning to build a training plan that suits you.
In this brief workshop, an experienced member of our climbing staff will help you identify your climbing weaknesses, introduce training plan structure/ progression, and instruct you on a variety of body-weight exercises that will take your climbing to the next level.
First time participants can expect to leave with a complete training program tailored to their climbing needs while returning participants will have their program modified based on a new evaluation.
